Classes fill up quickly, so register early to avoid disappointment.
INDOOR PICKLEBALL
Below are upcoming classes for each of the pickleball stages at KOURT, divided into three seasons. For our youngest beginners, Stage 1 pickleball is actually combined with tennis in our Red Ball class. It works on the foundational skills (e.g., hand-eye coordination, ball tracking, footwork) that kids need to develop for both sports. Early childhood is a key window for developing these skills, and the long-term payoff far outweighs any short-term gains from a sport-specific focus on technique
That said, we use many of the drills found in pickleball practices for this age group and incorporate pickleball play into classes, with paddles provided for the duration of the program. After this stage, kids can continue to the next stage of our tennis or pickleball stream, or both.
